Ricoh is one of the biggest producers and innovators of print and document management. They were the very first manufacturer to use a sweet corn derivative to develop a plastic that is infinitely renewable and environmentally friendly. Yet few people knew of this, or of Ricoh’s many other innovations.
As a result, the brand repositioning focused on the fact that Ricoh are the quiet achievers. By putting others first, they are able to identify diversity of need and this is reflected in their products and services.
